Corporate Social Resposibility

Recently VertiSub has implemented a social responsibility management system. This system starts from the rule SGE-21, through this rule we have been granted as an Ethic company. The system sets some criteria of ethic behavior obtained from customers and workers opinions about the business values we have, and about the values we want to promote. From these values we have developed the Quality and Social Responsibility Policy and the Ethic Code to be shown next:

Apart from that we have settled an internal Ethic Committee available to our customers, our suppliers and all the employees of VertiSub. The aim of this committee is to study and suggest solutions and improvements to the management of the company in case of incidences or complaints received against the Ethic Code and the Rule or hounding reports.

To get in touch with the Committee different channels are available:

• In person through the HR Department or any member of the Committee.
• By mail through the mailbox located on the ground floor of our building in Av. Rio Ripoll, 19 (next to the bulletin board).
• By e-mail comite.etica@vertisub.com

To make communications with the committee easier a communication format is available for the user. It may be sent to the committee once fulfilled through the different channels mentioned above.
